Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system, or opt for a QR code for a printer-free drop-off experience.

  Package Your Shoes

  Place your unworn Kiziks back into their original packaging and securely seal the box with the new shipping label attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
