How do Kizik shoes work without tying laces?
Kizik shoes feature our patented Hands-Free technology. The heel is designed to compress when you step in and spring back into place once your foot is inside, securing your fit without ever needing to bend over or use your hands.
Do I need to order a different size than my usual shoes?
Most of our customers find that Kiziks run true to size. We recommend ordering your standard athletic shoe size. If you are between sizes or have a particularly wide foot, we offer wide-width options in many of our most popular styles.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return and exchange window. Shoes must be in brand new, unworn condition and in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund. Exchanges for a different size or color are always free.
Are Kizik shoes machine washable?
While many of our knit styles are durable, we recommend hand washing with a damp cloth and mild detergent to preserve the integrity of the internal Hands-Free cage. Avoid using a dryer and always let your shoes air dry.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental United States. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery progress.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we currently ship to several countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties.
